- 3.What if I need additional hours?Well you can always renew monthly or bi-weekly subscription. But if you are planning to go for longer support contact us for more discounted plans.
- 4.What if I have unused hours left?If you have unused hours left in Monthly/Quarterly plans. You can use it with in a year anytime.
- 5.Is there any refund if my hours are unused?There's no refund but your hours balance will be kept as it is and you can use it within a year.
